A good result following my eBay faux pas. Paypal have refunded my money. I know people have a downer on Paypal but they have done ok by me.

Buyer beware …. feeling very peeved at the person who sold me an item on eBay, claiming it was “Brand New”. Not only was it not “Brand New” it was actually broken. Thank good ness I paid via Paypal and should get my money back ….. or at least that’s what I am expecting…..grrrr!

I have been a little remiss in maintaining my Blog of late…..reason? … well I have been away on holiday and I’ve also had a few technical problems with SPAM comments.

I have had an interest in digital Home Entertainment for a while and have, over the last  5-6 years been in pursuit of the most ideal solution.

In the last couple of days, the addition of a Netgear WGU624 and an XBOX 360, I think I have now achieved all I ever set out to do!!

 When I get sometime I will share with my blog readers the configuration I have. In the meantime I have written up the first part which describes how I arrived at the config in the living room.

Last week I bought the 38lb Agir Brokk Habrok wing from Phill at DivingNikNaks and got an opportunity to try it out whilst helping out with some Open Water qualifying divers. It is spot on and enabled me to get spot on trim I now need to try it out with stages but I am very very pleased with it.

Thanks to DivingNikNaks my new 38lb wing arrived today.

I have bought this wing for two reasons:

1. It’s supposed to take away the head heavy feeling when diving twin Faber 12l tanks
2. It’s meant to be ideal for twin Ali 80s

I get the opportunity to see if it resolves problem 1 tomorrow. Situation number 2 will have to wait a few more weeks

I have started a new page called Equipment where I intend to list the equipment I use to dive. At the moment it is just a long list but over time I might make it a little more comprehensive with links to pictures and also with my views on the equipment….good points and bad points!!
